This Thousand Island Dressing Recipe is a sugar-free, sweet and tangy salad dressing that has been a long time favorite of ours. I made this dressing low carb and sugar-free by using a no sugar ketchup and sugar-free sweet pickles. It wanted to be authentic with this recipe, so I made sure to include the hard-boiled egg in the sauce. This made it more keto friendly by adding some more fat and protein to the mix! Thousand Island Dressing Recipe Low Carb

Making your own Low Carb dressing is much easier than you might think! This thousand island dressing is one of my favorite things to add to hamburgers.

Of all of the dressings I make, this has to be our favorite. It has that depth the homemade mayonnaise and ketchup gives it, that subtle sweetness from the stevia, that tiny crunch of pickle and onion, and somewhere in the background a hint of tartness from the apple cider vinegar that all combines to put it over the top. Place all ingredients except 1 Tbsp each of pickle and onion in the emulsion blender container or food processor or blender. Place bottom of emulsion blender in the container all the way to the bottom. Begin blending and move blender as needed to thoroughly combine ingredients, approximately seconds.
